Responsibilities
- Direct the full lifecycle of high-rise commercial projects from pre-construction to closeout.
- Oversee multi-million dollar budgets, ensuring rigorous financial forecasting and cost control.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of site supervisors, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Maintain seamless communication with stakeholders, architects, and municipal authorities.
- Enforce world-class safety standards and OSHA compliance across all job sites.
- Optimize procurement strategies and resource allocation to maximize operational efficiency.
- Conduct rigorous quality control inspections and technical audits to ensure structural integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in large-scale commercial or industrial construction.
- Current PMP or LEED AP certification is highly preferred.
- Mastery of Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project software.
- Exceptional negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to manage vendor contracts.
- Strong understanding of local Dallas building codes and zoning regulations.
- Proven leadership experience managing projects exceeding $50M in value.
