Responsibilities
- Direct all phases of commercial/residential construction projects ($10M+ budgets)
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Implement sustainable building practices and LEED certification protocols
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality assurance protocols
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical challenges proactively
- Develop risk mitigation strategies and ensure regulatory compliance
- Mentor junior project managers and foster collaborative team culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of hands-on construction project management experience
- Proven expertise with commercial and high-rise residential projects
- OSHA 30-hour certification and LEED AP accreditation preferred
- Advanced proficiency in project management software (Procore, Bluebeam)
- Strong understanding of Texas building codes and municipal regulations
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Track record of delivering projects under budget and ahead of schedule
