Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of large-scale commercial and infrastructure projects ($5M+ budgets)
- Lead cross-functional teams including engineers, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities
- Implement innovative construction methodologies and sustainable building practices
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local building codes
- Optimize project timelines and budgets using BIM/CAD technologies
- Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control assessments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial construction
- PMP or similar project management certification required
- Proven expertise with large-scale infrastructure projects
- Advanced proficiency in construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam)
- Strong knowledge of Houston-area permitting processes
- OSHA 30-hour certification and safety leadership experience
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
