Responsibilities
- Direct end-to-end project execution including planning, scheduling, and budget management
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies
- Implement rigorous quality control and safety protocols exceeding OSHA standards
- Optimize resource allocation and procurement for maximum efficiency
- Resolve technical challenges and mitigate project risks proactively
- Generate progress reports and stakeholder communications
- Mentor junior project managers and construction teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of commercial construction experience with $5M+ projects
- LEED AP or equivalent sustainability certification
- Proficiency in Procore, AutoCAD, and MS Project
- Strong Texas contractor license (TDLR Class A)
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and under budget
- Advanced negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- OSHA 30-hour certification
