Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle from pre-construction to closeout
- Manage $15M+ commercial/residential construction budgets and timelines
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA, safety protocols, and building codes
- Implement innovative BIM/CAD technologies for precision planning
- Negotiate contracts and resolve complex project challenges
- Maintain client relationships and stakeholder communications
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive construction management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
- LEED AP BD+C certification required
- Proven track record with large-scale commercial/residential projects
- Expert proficiency in Procore, AutoCAD, and MS Project
- Texas Class A Contractor's License mandatory
- Strong financial acumen and risk management skills
- OSHA 30-hour certification
