Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of multi-million dollar construction projects including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Coordinate cross-functional teams of architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project delivery
- Implement rigorous quality control protocols and safety standards exceeding OSHA requirements
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress reporting while resolving technical issues proactively
- Lead client relationship management and contract negotiations for new project opportunities
- Optimize construction processes through BIM technology and sustainable building practices
- Develop project timelines using Primavera P6 and maintain real-time progress tracking systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 10+ years of progressive construction management experience with large-scale commercial projects
- Proven expertise in LEED and sustainable construction certification processes
- Strong proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCAD)
- OSHA 30 certification and valid Texas contractor's license
- Exceptional leadership abilities with documented team development success
- Deep knowledge of Texas building codes and municipal permitting processes
- Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget (provide references)
