Responsibilities
- Direct full lifecycle management of commercial construction projects ($50M+ budget)
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA, LEED, and Texas building codes
- Implement innovative construction methodologies (BIM, prefabrication)
- Manage project documentation, permits, and stakeholder communications
- Mentor junior project managers and construction supervisors
- Drive sustainability initiatives and cost optimization strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
- 10+ years of commercial project management experience
- Proven track record with mixed-use or high-rise developments
- OSHA 30-hour and LEED AP certifications required
- Expert proficiency in Procore, AutoCAD, and MS Project
- Texas contractor's license (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
- Strong financial acumen and risk management skills
