Responsibilities
- Oversee entire project lifecycle from pre-construction to closeout
- Manage $5M+ commercial/residential construction budgets
- Coordinate subcontractors and vendor relationships
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA and safety protocols
- Implement sustainable construction practices
- Resolve technical challenges and schedule conflicts
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
- 10+ years of hands-on construction experience
- LEED AP or PMP certification preferred
- Proven expertise in BIM/CAD technologies
- Strong knowledge of Texas building codes and regulations
- Experience managing multi-site projects
- Exceptional leadership and negotiation skills
- Clean driving record and valid Class C license
