Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of multi-million dollar commercial construction projects from pre-construction planning through closeout.
- Direct and coordinate subcontractors, architects, engineers, and site superintendents to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Maintain absolute control over project budgets, cash flow, and scheduling metrics using Primavera P6 and Procore.
- Implement and enforce strict OSHA compliance and quality control standards across all active job sites.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for developers, stakeholders, and municipal inspectors, ensuring transparent reporting.
- Negotiate subcontracts, manage change orders, and proactively resolve site conflicts or design discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a highly related technical discipline.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience managing commercial, hospitality, or high-density multifamily projects.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects valued at $15M+ on time and within budget.
- Deep proficiency with modern project management tools (specifically Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project).
- Active OSHA 30-Hour Certification is required; LEED AP credentials are highly desirable.
- Exceptional leadership capability with a reputation for building collaborative, high-morale site cultures.
