Responsibilities
- Oversee entire project lifecycle from pre-construction to closeout, managing budgets up to $50M
- Lead multidisciplinary teams of 15+ professionals including contractors and consultants
- Implement BIM technology and digital project management systems for efficiency
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA standards, local codes, and sustainable building practices
- Manage client relationships and stakeholder communications through weekly progress reports
- Coordinate permits, inspections, and regulatory compliance with city authorities
- Mentor junior project managers and foster continuous improvement in team performance
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive construction management experience with commercial projects
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- LEED AP or equivalent sustainability certification preferred
- Proven expertise in project scheduling, budgeting, and risk mitigation
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Procore software
- OSHA 30-hour certification and strong safety management background
- Track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to resolve high-stakes conflicts
