Responsibilities
- Oversee entire project lifecycle from pre-construction to closeout, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards
- Manage subcontractor relationships and negotiate contracts with vendors
- Implement sustainable building practices and LEED certification protocols
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and municipal authorities for permitting compliance
- Lead site safety programs maintaining OSHA compliance records
- Utilize Procore and BIM 360 for digital project management
- Mentor junior project staff through our development program
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
- 8+ years of commercial construction experience with $10M+ projects
- OSHA 30-hour certification and LEED AP credential required
- Proven expertise in multifamily or high-rise construction
- Proficiency in project management software (Procore, BIM 360)
- Texas Class A Contractor's license preferred
- Strong financial acumen with experience in cost control and forecasting
- Exceptional conflict resolution and client management skills
