Responsibilities
- Direct and coordinate multi-million dollar commercial construction projects from pre-planning to completion
- Lead cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies
- Implement cutting-edge BIM technology and sustainable building practices
- Manage project budgets exceeding $50M with rigorous cost control protocols
- Ensure strict OSHA compliance and maintain zero-incident safety records
- Develop innovative solutions for complex construction challenges in urban environments
- Mentor junior project managers and foster collaborative team culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (Master's preferred)
- 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial construction management
- PMP certification and LEED AP accreditation required
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on schedule and under budget
- Expert knowledge of Texas building codes and municipal regulations
- Advanced proficiency in Procore, AutoCAD, and Primavera P6
- Strong negotiation skills with subcontractors and vendors
- Exceptional leadership abilities with team management experience
