Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle planning, scheduling, and budget management
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (architects, engineers, subcontractors)
- Implement strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Manage procurement, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations
- Monitor construction quality through site inspections and material testing
- Resolve technical conflicts and mitigate project risks proactively
- Report progress to stakeholders using integrated project management software
Qualifications
- 8+ years of commercial construction management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- PMP and LEED AP BD+C certifications required
- Proficiency in Procore, AutoCAD, and MS Project
- Strong knowledge of Texas building codes and permitting processes
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and under budget
- Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- OSHA 30-hour certification
