Responsibilities
- Oversee commercial construction projects from pre-planning to final handover
- Manage budgets, schedules, and resource allocation for multi-million dollar projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, local regulations, and sustainability standards
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and resolve on-site issues
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control assessments
- Leverage BIM/CAD technology for project coordination and documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive experience in commercial construction
- Proven track record of managing projects over $5M
- OSHA 30-hour certification and LEAP accreditation preferred
- Expert knowledge of Texas building codes and permitting processes
- Advanced proficiency in Procore, AutoCAD, and MS Project
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to travel to multiple Austin metro project sites
