Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project execution for commercial and mixed-use developments valued $20M+
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Implement rigorous quality control and safety protocols exceeding OSHA standards
- Manage project budgets, procurement, and resource allocation using Procore software
- Conduct weekly site inspections and progress reporting to stakeholders
- Resolve complex construction challenges through innovative problem-solving
- Develop and mentor junior project managers and site supervisors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
- 10+ years of progressive construction management experience
- Proven track record on commercial projects over $15M
- Active PMP certification and OSHA 30-hour training
- Expertise in sustainable construction practices and LEED standards
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM, and project management software
- Texas General Contractor license (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Strong financial acumen with cost estimation experience
