Responsibilities
- Manage $10M+ commercial construction projects from blueprint to completion
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineers, subcontractors, and vendors
- Implement Lean Construction methodologies to optimize efficiency and reduce waste
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA standards and local building codes
- Oversee budget forecasting, cost control, and resource allocation
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality assurance reviews
- Develop and maintain client relationships through transparent communication
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in commercial construction
- PMP or LEED AP certification strongly preferred
- Proven expertise in BIM/CAD software and project management tools
- Deep knowledge of Texas construction regulations and permitting processes
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
