Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle planning, execution, and closeout for commercial/residential developments
- Manage $5M+ budgets, procurement processes, and subcontractor relationships
- Implement BIM/CAD technologies and lean construction methodologies
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, ICC, and local building codes
- Lead risk mitigation strategies and quality control protocols
- Coordinate MEP, civil, and architectural engineering teams
- Stakeholder management with clients, investors, and municipal authorities
- Mentor junior project staff through formal apprenticeship programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Construction Management or Civil Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 10+ years commercial project experience with 5+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record delivering complex projects on schedule/budget
- OSHA 30-hour certification and LEED AP credentials required
- Expertise in Procore, Primavera P6, and MS Project
- Texas contractor license (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Strong negotiation skills and financial acumen
- Experience with public-private partnerships and large-scale infrastructure
