  • Manage $5M+ budgets, procurement processes, and subcontractor relationships
  • Implement BIM/CAD technologies and lean construction methodologies
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, ICC, and local building codes
  • Lead risk mitigation strategies and quality control protocols
  • Coordinate MEP, civil, and architectural engineering teams

Qualifications
