Responsibilities
- Oversee entire project lifecycle from pre-construction to closeout within budget and timeline
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and on-site teams to ensure quality compliance
- Implement sustainable construction practices and LEED certification protocols
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients to resolve technical issues
- Monitor project progress using BIM/CAD technologies and reporting software
- Ensure adherence to OSHA safety standards and local building codes
- Lead client relations and stakeholder communications throughout development
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive construction management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Proven track record managing $10M+ commercial/residential projects
- OSHA 30-hour certification and LEED AP accreditation preferred
- Expertise in BIM/CAD software (Revit, AutoCAD) and project management tools
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills with subcontractors
- Texas contractor license (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Experience with sustainable construction methodologies and materials
