We are currently seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Construction Project Manager to lead our dynamic project teams.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of construction projects, from initial planning and budgeting to final handover. You will work closely with architects, engineers, clients, and regulatory bodies to ensure our builds exceed expectations in quality, safety, and efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Direct all on-site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and regulatory authorities, fostering strong relationships and clear communication.
- Financial Oversight: Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce strict safety protocols (OSHA/CSA standards) to maintain a zero-incident work environment.
- Resource Allocation: Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to optimize labor and material resources.
- Problem Solving: Identify potential risks and develop proactive solutions to mitigate delays or structural issues.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in commercial or industrial construction project management.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (PMP certification is a strong asset).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCAD) and strong knowledge of building codes and regulations.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage complex timelines under pressure.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- License: Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
