  • Oversee budget management with rigorous cost control and forecasting systems
  • Ensure strict compliance with OSHA, LEED, and local building codes

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Design-Build and IPD project delivery methods
  • Advanced proficiency in Procore, BIM 360, and AutoCAD/BIM tools

  • Texas Class A Contractor's License or ability to obtain immediately
