Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery from pre-construction to closeout for $10M+ commercial/industrial projects
- Manage cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies
- Implement Lean Construction principles and BIM 360 workflows to optimize productivity
- Oversee budget management with rigorous cost control and forecasting systems
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA, LEED, and local building codes
- Develop innovative sustainability strategies targeting net-zero energy buildings
- Drive client satisfaction through proactive communication and risk mitigation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (PMP/LEED AP required)
- 10+ years progressive experience in commercial construction with $5M+ project oversight
- Expertise in Design-Build and IPD project delivery methods
- Advanced proficiency in Procore, BIM 360, and AutoCAD/BIM tools
- Proven track record in complex infrastructure projects (bridges, high-rises, industrial facilities)
- Texas Class A Contractor's License or ability to obtain immediately
- OSHA 30-hour certification and First Aid/CPR training
- Strong financial acumen with experience in value engineering and change order management
