Responsibilities
- Coordinate entire project lifecycles from pre-construction to closeout
- Manage budgets exceeding $5M with strict adherence to financial controls
- Lead cross-functional teams including engineers, subcontractors, and architects
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local building codes
- Implement BIM technology for precision planning and execution
- Resolve complex on-site challenges with innovative solutions
- Maintain client relationships through transparent communication
Qualifications
- 10+ years of construction management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
- LEED AP certification strongly preferred
- Proven track record with large-scale commercial projects
- Expertise in Primavera P6 and AutoCAD
- Texas Class A Contractor License (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Advanced conflict resolution and negotiation skills
- OSHA 30-hour certification
