Responsibilities
- Manage full project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout for $50M+ developments
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (architects, engineers, subcontractors) to ensure seamless workflow
- Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation while maintaining strict compliance protocols
- Implement safety programs meeting OSHA standards and NYC construction regulations
- Resolve technical challenges and mitigate risks through proactive problem-solving
- Client relations and stakeholder communication for project updates and expectations
- Lead BIM coordination and digital documentation for transparency and efficiency
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in commercial/residential construction with $30M+ project oversight
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- LEED AP and OSHA 30 certifications required
- Proficiency in Procore, Primavera P6, and BIM modeling software
- Deep knowledge of NYC building codes, zoning laws, and permitting processes
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Strong negotiation skills with subcontractors and vendors
- Exceptional leadership abilities with 5+ years managing teams of 15+
