Responsibilities
- Manage full project lifecycle: planning, scheduling, budgeting, execution, and closeout
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations
- Implement rigorous safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical challenges proactively
- Oversee quality control and documentation processes (RFIs, submittals, permits)
- Develop project timelines using Primavera P6 and maintain progress tracking
- Manage client relationships and stakeholders throughout construction phases
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive construction management experience
- Proven track record delivering complex commercial/residential projects
- OSHA 30-hour certification and LEED AP accreditation preferred
- Expert proficiency in project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCAD)
- Texas Contractor License (Class A/B) required
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced environments
