Responsibilities
- Oversee full project lifecycle from pre-construction to closeout, managing budgets, timelines, and resources
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineers, subcontractors, and architects
- Implement rigorous safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance across all sites
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control assessments
- Manage client relationships and stakeholder communications
- Utilize BIM/CAD technology for project documentation and planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial construction
- Proven track record managing projects over $25M
- LEED AP certification preferred
- Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project
- Texas Class A Contractor License required
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and permitting processes
