Responsibilities
- Lead commercial construction projects from pre-construction to closeout, ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and quality standards
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors
- Implement sustainable building practices and LEED certification requirements
- Conduct rigorous site inspections and safety compliance monitoring
- Manage project documentation, permits, and regulatory compliance
- Resolve complex construction challenges through innovative problem-solving
- Maintain client relationships and provide transparent progress reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial construction management
- Proven track record of delivering projects exceeding $50M
- LEED AP BD+C certification required
- OSHA 30-hour and First Aid/CPR certifications
- Expert knowledge of building codes, BIM software (Revit), and project management tools
- Strong financial acumen and contract negotiation skills
- Ability to manage high-pressure environments and multiple simultaneous projects
