Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end management of large-scale commercial construction projects from pre-construction to closeout.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution and design compliance.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules and budgets to ensure financial performance.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory building codes on all job sites.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality control, and potential risk mitigation.
- Manage procurement processes, including contract negotiations and vendor relations.
- Provide mentorship to junior project managers and site supervisors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in commercial construction management.
- Proven expertise in managing projects with budgets exceeding $20 million.
- Advanced proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6).
- Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on collaborative problem-solving.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., PMP, CCM, or OSHA-30) highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage diverse stakeholder groups.
