Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle for large-scale commercial construction projects.
- Manage project budgets, cost tracking, and financial forecasting with 100% accuracy.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and sub-contractors to ensure adherence to blueprints.
- Conduct site safety inspections and ensure full compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Negotiate vendor contracts and manage supply chain logistics to prevent project delays.
- Facilitate client meetings and provide detailed progress reporting on project milestones.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in commercial construction management.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar capital improvement projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project.
- PMP or CCM certification highly preferred.
- Strong leadership capability with experience mentoring project teams.
