Responsibilities
- Lead and direct large-scale commercial construction projects from pre-construction to closeout.
- Manage project budgets, cost tracking, and financial forecasting to ensure profitability.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution.
- Enforce rigorous safety standards and OSHA compliance on all job sites.
- Negotiate contracts and manage procurement of essential materials and services.
- Prepare and present detailed progress reports to executive leadership and clients.
- Mitigate construction risks through proactive scheduling and resource allocation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
- Proven track record of managing projects with budgets exceeding $20M.
- Advanced proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project.
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, legal regulations, and safety standards.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a proven ability to mentor field teams.
- OSHA 30-Hour Certification required.
