Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the full lifecycle of complex commercial construction projects from pre-construction to closeout.
- Manage project budgets, cost control, and financial reporting to ensure maximum profitability.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to streamline site operations.
- Ensure all site activities strictly adhere to OSHA safety standards and local building codes.
- Prepare and manage comprehensive project schedules, identifying potential bottlenecks early.
- Facilitate weekly site meetings and provide transparent status updates to stakeholders and clients.
- Mitigate risks through proactive problem-solving and rigorous quality control inspections.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in commercial construction management.
- Proven track record of managing projects valued at $20M+.
- Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and advanced scheduling software like Primavera P6.
- Deep understanding of local building regulations, permitting processes, and land use policies in Colorado.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse onsite teams effectively.
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification preferred.
