We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to oversee high-impact commercial and mixed-use projects from pre-construction to closeout.
You will lead cross-functional teams, manage high-stakes client relationships, and ensure our projects set the industry standard for safety, quality, and technical excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end management of complex construction projects, ensuring delivery on-time and under budget.
- Direct and mentor site superintendents, subcontractors, and architectural design teams.
- Review blueprints, specifications, and project schedules to ensure strict compliance with architectural intent.
- Manage rigorous quality control protocols and safety standards (OSHA) across all active job sites.
- Facilitate weekly owner-architect-contractor (OAC) meetings and provide detailed progress reporting.
- Negotiate change orders and manage contract documentation with vendors and suppliers.
- Utilize advanced project management software to track budget performance and resource allocation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture.
- Minimum 7+ years of project management experience in commercial construction.
- Proven expertise with Procore, Bluebeam, and Primavera P6 scheduling software.
- Deep understanding of local Austin building codes and permitting processes.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of managing teams of 20+ professionals.
- Strong financial acumen and ability to manage multi-million dollar capital budgets.
- OSHA 30-Hour Certification is mandatory.
