Responsibilities
- Direct multi-million dollar commercial construction projects (20K+ SF)
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams across 3+ concurrent sites
- Implement Lean Construction methodologies to reduce waste by 30%
- Manage RFI/submittal processes and maintain real-time project dashboards
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, ICC, and Texas building codes
- Lead pre-construction planning and value engineering sessions
- Mentor junior project engineers through structured training programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years commercial construction management experience
- PMP or LEED AP BD+C certification required
- Proven expertise in BIM coordination and Prolog software
- Strong negotiation skills for complex subcontract agreements
- OSHA 30-hour and First Aid/CPR certified
- Portfolio demonstrating $10M+ completed projects
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
