Responsibilities
- Manage $50M+ commercial construction projects from pre-construction to closeout
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution
- Implement rigorous safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Oversee budget management, resource allocation, and timeline adherence
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control assessments
- Negotiate contracts and resolve complex stakeholder issues
- Mentor junior project managers and construction teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
- 10+ years of commercial construction experience with 5+ in project management
- LEED AP certification or equivalent sustainability credentials
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and under budget
- Expert knowledge of Texas building codes and permitting processes
- Advanced proficiency in construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
