Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project execution from blueprint to ribbon-cutting
- Manage $10M+ commercial/residential construction budgets and timelines
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (architects, engineers, subcontractors)
- Implement OSHA-compliant safety protocols across all sites
- Optimize resource allocation and material procurement strategies
- Conduct weekly progress reviews with stakeholders and clients
- Leverage Procore/BIM technologies for digital project management
Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive construction management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- LEED AP BD+C certification preferred
- Proven track record on large-scale mixed-use developments
- Advanced proficiency in project management software (Procore, AutoCAD)
- Texas Class A Contractor License mandatory
- Strong negotiation skills with subcontractors and vendors
- OSHA 30-hour construction safety certification
