Responsibilities
- Oversee entire project lifecycle including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (architects, engineers, subcontractors) to ensure seamless execution
- Implement rigorous quality control measures and safety protocols exceeding OSHA standards
- Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations with strategic partners
- Utilize BIM/CAD technologies for precision planning and progress tracking
- Resolve complex on-site challenges while maintaining project timelines and budgets
- Conduct regular site inspections and generate comprehensive progress reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 8 years progressive experience in commercial/residential construction
- Proven track record managing projects exceeding $10M in value
- OSHA 30 certification and LEED AP accreditation preferred
- Advanced proficiency in project management software (Procore, Primavera P6)
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and permitting processes
- Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid Texas Class C Driver's License and clean driving record
