Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project execution for $50M+ commercial construction initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Implement BIM technology and lean construction methodologies
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with OSHA standards, building codes, and sustainability certifications
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical challenges proactively
- Foster client relationships through transparent communication and milestone deliverables
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (Master's preferred)
- 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial construction
- PMP and OSHA 30 certifications required
- Proven expertise in large-scale infrastructure or high-rise projects
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and AutoCAD
- Strong negotiation skills with subcontractors and vendors
- Knowledge of Texas construction regulations and permitting processes
- Exceptional problem-solving and crisis management abilities
