Responsibilities
- Oversee entire project lifecycle including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Lead cross-functional teams of architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution
- Implement rigorous quality control measures and maintain strict compliance with OSHA/TX safety regulations
- Manage client relationships, providing regular progress updates and resolving complex issues
- Utilize BIM/CAD technologies to optimize construction efficiency and minimize waste
- Coordinate with municipal authorities for permits, inspections, and code compliance
- Drive sustainable construction practices and LEED certification initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of progressive construction management experience in commercial/residential projects
- Proven expertise with project management software (Procore, Primavera P6)
- Valid Texas Contractor License and OSHA 30-hour certification
- Strong financial acumen with experience in cost estimation and budget control
- Exceptional leadership skills with ability to mentor high-performing teams
- Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget ($5M+ scale)
