Responsibilities
- Oversee entire project lifecycles from pre-construction to closeout
- Manage budgets exceeding $50M and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams
- Ensure compliance with NYC building codes, OSHA standards, and LEED requirements
- Implement BIM technology for precision planning and conflict resolution
- Develop risk mitigation strategies and quality control protocols
- Stakeholder management with clients, architects, and municipal authorities
Qualifications
- 10+ years construction management experience with high-rise projects
- Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- LEED AP BD+C certification required
- Proficiency in Procore, Primavera P6, and AutoCAD
- OSHA 30-hour and NYC DOH Site Safety Manager certification
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time/budget
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
