Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of multi-million dollar commercial construction projects.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery.
- Lead coordination between architects, subcontractors, stakeholders, and site teams.
- Ensure rigorous adherence to safety standards and OSHA compliance on all job sites.
- Perform regular site inspections to monitor progress and maintain quality control.
- Negotiate contracts and manage procurement of essential materials and services.
- Implement lean construction methodologies to optimize operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects valued at $20M+.
- Advanced proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and Primavera P6.
- Deep understanding of local building codes and permitting processes in Texas.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional field teams.
- OSHA 30-hour certification required.
