Responsibilities
- Direct large-scale commercial construction projects, managing scope, schedule, and budget.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, including site supervisors, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Ensure 100% compliance with OSHA regulations and internal safety protocols.
- Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders, architects, and municipal officials.
- Utilize Procore and BIM software to monitor project progress and mitigate risk.
- Conduct weekly site inspections to verify craftsmanship and structural integrity.
- Manage procurement of materials and contract negotiations for high-value vendors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of professional experience in commercial or high-rise construction.
- Proven track record of delivering multi-million dollar projects on time and under budget.
- Deep expertise in reading complex blueprints, MEP systems, and structural schematics.
- Advanced proficiency in construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse on-site crews.
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification required.
