Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project execution across $10M+ mixed-use developments
- Manage cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA standards and building codes
- Implement sustainable construction practices and LEED certification protocols
- Control project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Conduct weekly site inspections and quality assurance reviews
- Negotiate contracts and resolve complex logistical challenges
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
- 10+ years of progressive construction experience with 5+ years in project management
- Proven track record delivering large-scale commercial/residential projectsOSHA 30-hour certification and PMP designation required
- Advanced proficiency in Procore and AutoCAD
- Strong knowledge of Texas building codes and permitting processes
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management abilities
