Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle management of commercial/residential construction projects ($5M-$20M value)
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (architects, engineers, subcontractors) to ensure timely delivery
- Implement stringent safety protocols achieving zero-incident records
- Manage project budgets, procurement, and resource allocation using Procore software
- Oversee quality control and compliance with OSHA, ICC, and local building codes
- Conduct stakeholder communications and progress reporting to executive leadership
- Mentor junior project managers and foster team development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive construction management experience
- PMP or LEAP certification strongly preferred
- Proven expertise in commercial high-rise or luxury residential projects
- Advanced proficiency in construction management software (Procore, BIM 360)
- Strong understanding of sustainable construction practices and green building standards
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and crisis management experience
- Texas Contractor's License (Class A) or ability to obtain within 90 days
