Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end management of complex commercial construction projects from pre-construction to closeout.
- Direct cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project alignment.
- Manage rigorous project budgets, cost-tracking, and financial reporting to ensure maximum profitability.
- Oversee on-site safety compliance and ensure all work meets OSHA and company safety standards.
- Negotiate contracts and manage procurement schedules to mitigate supply chain risks.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality control, and schedule adherence.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
- Proven track record of managing projects valued at $20M+.
- Proficiency in Procore, Primavera P6, and Bluebeam software suites.
- Deep understanding of Texas building codes and regulatory requirements.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and conflict resolution abilities.
- PMP or CCM certification is highly preferred.
