Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end commercial construction projects ($5M-$20M) including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Lead cross-functional teams of architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met
- Implement rigorous quality control and safety protocols exceeding OSHA standards
- Negotiate contracts and vendor relationships while optimizing cost efficiency
- Utilitize BIM/CAD technology for precise project planning and documentation
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical challenges proactively
- Maintain compliance with local building codes and sustainability requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of commercial construction experience with 5+ years in project management
- Proven track record of delivering complex building projects on time and within budget
- OSHA 30-hour certification and LEED AP credentials preferred
- Advanced proficiency in construction management software (Procore, AutoCAD, BIM 360)
- Strong knowledge of Texas building codes and local permitting processes
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder communication skills
- Valid Texas contractor's license (Class A/B) required
