Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects ($10M+ budget)
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Implement sustainable building practices and LEED standards
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, local regulations, and safety protocols
- Conduct site inspections and quality control assessments
- Resolve technical issues and mitigate project risks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in commercial construction management
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- PMP and LEED AP certifications required
- Proven experience with BIM/CAD software (Revit preferred)
- Texas Class A Contractor's License
- Strong financial acumen and budget management skills
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder communication abilities
