Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and implementation of large-scale commercial construction projects from ground-breaking to occupancy.
- Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, forecasting, and rigorous financial tracking.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Enforce strict OSHA compliance and safety standards across all active job sites.
- Negotiate and oversee vendor contracts and material procurement processes.
- Utilize advanced BIM and project management software to monitor progress and mitigate risks.
- Conduct weekly progress meetings to provide transparent reporting to executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of professional experience in commercial or industrial construction.
- Proven track record of managing construction projects valued at $20M+.
- Deep expertise in reading blueprints, structural drawings, and technical specifications.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing large, cross-functional field crews.
- Proficiency in Procore, Primavera P6, or similar industry-standard project management tools.
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification required; PMP or LEED AP credentials preferred.
