Responsibilities
- Direct end-to-end project execution for commercial developments (>$10M)
- Manage cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Enforce OSHA compliance and safety protocols across all job sites
- Optimize budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation using Procore
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and stakeholders
- Implement sustainable building practices and LEED certifications
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality assurance reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (Master's preferred)
- 10+ years in commercial construction with 5+ in project management
- OSHA 30-hour certification and PMP credential required
- Expertise in BIM/CAD software and Procore/CMIC platforms
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time/budget
- Texas Class A Contractor's License or ability to obtain immediately
- Strong leadership with subcontractor negotiation experience
