Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project delivery for commercial and mixed-use developments (>$10M value)
- Lead multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation using Procore and BIM 360
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA, ICC, and local building codes
- Implement sustainable construction practices including LEED certification protocols
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical challenges proactively
- Foster client relationships and manage contract negotiations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial construction
- Proven track record managing projects >$10M with zero safety incidents
- OSHA 30-hour certification and LEED AP credentials required
- Expert proficiency in project management software (Procore, BIM 360, MS Project)
- Strong knowledge of Texas building codes and permitting processes
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience mentoring junior staff
- Ability to read complex blueprints and technical specifications
