Responsibilities
- Oversee full lifecycle management of $10M+ commercial/residential projects
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Implement Lean Construction methodologies to optimize efficiency and reduce waste
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA, ICC, and local building codes
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation using Procore
- Drive sustainability initiatives targeting LEED Gold certification
- Mentor junior project managers and construction supervisors
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control assessments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
- 10+ years progressive experience in commercial construction
- Proven track record managing projects over $5M in value
- OSHA 30-hour certification and LEED AP credential required
- Advanced proficiency in BIM software (Revit, AutoCAD)
- Strong knowledge of Texas building codes and permitting processes
- Experience with design-build and IPD project delivery methods
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder communication skills
