Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of commercial/residential construction projects
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (architects, engineers, subcontractors)
- Implement BIM technology for precision planning and resource optimization
- Enforce OSHA compliance and zero-incident safety culture
- Oversee budget management ($50M+ projects) and procurement processes
- Drive sustainable construction practices and LEED certification
- Leverage Procore and AutoCAD for digital project oversight
Qualifications
- 10+ years in commercial construction management
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- LEED AP certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in large-scale mixed-use development projects
- Proven track record with BIM technology implementation
- OSHA 30-hour and First Aid/CPR certified
- PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials
