Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project execution from planning to completion, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation with precision
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, contractors, and vendors to achieve project milestones
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical challenges proactively
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through transparent communication
- Implement sustainable construction practices and innovative building technologies
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation including progress reports and change orders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in commercial construction project management
- Proven track record of managing projects exceeding $10M in value
- Strong proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam)
- OSHA 30-hour certification and valid Texas contractor's license
- Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Deep knowledge of local building codes and permitting processes
- LEED AP certification preferred
